McCormick Library Request System
Northwestern University Library welcomes all researchers to request materials from the Charles Deering McCormick Library of Special Collections and University Archives for viewing in the reading room. All users must first register and create a user account. Use your account to request materials through the online catalog and to keep a record of your transactions.
With an account you may:
- Place requests directly from the library catalog
- Submit reproduction requests for collection materials
- Save requests for later to better plan your visit
- Track the status of requests and access detailed information about past requests

Includes Northwestern faculty, students, and staff with an active NetID.
Guest Users
All users without an active Northwestern NetId.
